You may be going through a loss, a separation, a move, or a family or professional change.

IMANI METHOD · SUPPORT FOR TIMES OF CHANGE
There are moments when carrying on as before is no longer enough.
The IMANI Method is a companioning process to understand what you're going through, recognise what you need, and find a more genuine way to take part in your own life.
Priscilla Ingold Prochet · Nutritionist · Naturopath · Coach · Creator of the IMANI Method
With the IMANI Method you take back the reins of your wellbeing and remember the great truth: YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY.
KNOW YOURSELF BEFORE EXPLAINING YOURSELF
Maybe you don’t need all the answers. Maybe you need a place to start listening for them.
Perhaps you've been carrying a heavy situation for too long.
Maybe you know you need to change something, but you still can't find how.
Or maybe you're going through a good stretch and still need to understand how you want to inhabit everything that's new.
IMANI starts where you are right now. You don't need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what's happening to you.

WHAT IMANI IS
A companioning process to understand, discern, and choose again.
IMANI doesn't try to tell you how to live your life. It seeks to create the conditions for you to better understand what you're living through, recognise your needs, resources and possibilities, and take part in your decisions with growing awareness.
My work is to accompany you in observing more clearly what you're going through, telling apart what you need, what you want, what's yours to carry and what isn't. From there we explore possibilities and look for something very concrete: your next possible move. Not necessarily the biggest one. Not necessarily the fastest one. The one that makes sense for you and feels sufficiently manageable, coherent and safe at this point in your life.
A CENTRAL IDEA OF IMANI
You don't need to know the whole path to find your next possible move.
Sometimes it will be talking. Other times, setting a limit. Asking for help. Looking for information. Picking an activity back up. Resting. Stepping back. Changing a habit. Waiting.
Experience will give us new information. And from there we can choose again.
HOW WE WORK
IMANI brings understanding into experience.
It's not a rigid protocol, and not everyone goes through the process the same way. We start from your situation, your resources, and whatever needs attention right now.
We don't only ask what hurts. We also ask what gives life.
TWO DIRECTIONS OF ATTENTION
Attend to what needs attention. Recognise and protect what gives life.
Hot Spots
Situations, relationships or areas of life that concentrate distress or need special attention right now.
Life Spots
Relationships, activities, capacities, projects, desires, memories or experiences that connect you through enjoyment, meaning, belonging, creativity, curiosity or possibility.
Sometimes they're even the same place. Because what matters most to us can also be what causes us the most uncertainty.
THE TOOLS
Different resources. The same direction.
The resources chosen in an IMANI process are defined based on the person, the moment, the goal, safety and consent.
Reflection and coaching
Questions, self-observation, writing and exploring possibilities.
Body and presence
Breathing, body awareness, relaxation and self-regulation resources.
Habits and nutrition
When the goal calls for it, and within the relevant professional scope.
Naturopathy and phytotherapy
Complementary resources within my training and professional competence.
Reiki and Bach Flowers
Complementary resources aimed at wellbeing and personal experience.
Tarot, Records and dreams
Symbolic, intuitive resources to open up reflection and self-knowledge, without replacing your own judgement.
IS THIS FOR ME?
IMANI may make sense for you if there's something in your life that deserves to be attended to differently.
You're going through a major transition, loss or change.
You keep repeating patterns you no longer want to hold onto.
You need to reclaim your own judgement around decisions, relationships or responsibilities.
You want to change habits or build a new stage of life more consciously.
