What do we use nutritional coaching for?

Coaching is applicable to many different needs.

You bring a goal you want to reach and, depending on its scope, we can go after it in many different ways.

Sometimes it needs to be broken down into smaller goals, reaching the final objective step by step. Sometimes we go straight to the point.

When people come to me wanting to lose weight, of course we address that goal. But, for me, the issue of excess weight isn't always purely about food, because emotions play a fundamental role in how we eat.

That's why, alongside nutritional coaching, I combine the approach with resources such as Bach flowers and Reiki, as well as conversation, where we explore your present moment and what's leading you to make these changes now, and not at another time.

There's something in your present moment pushing you to make that decision, and there's a very powerful energy in that — if we channel it well, it can be the fuel you need to reach your goal and sustain it over time. Even long after we've finished working together.

Turning to nutritional coaching as a way to make change happen is a very brave move, and it's always an honour to accompany brave people who dare to explore their lives and make decisions to achieve solid changes that last over time.

I invite you to consider this option if you have the desire or the need to make changes in your life.

In nutritional coaching, we start with your diet and follow wherever your present takes us, to make changes that sustain your new way of eating.

Shall we start?
